T‑Mobile customers in the affected areas should now be experiencing normal network coverage. T‑Mobile engineers were able to work quickly to restore service, and continue to monitor network service in the area. Charging Stations and Loaner Phones Since commercial power continues to be a challenge in the area, we have equipped several of our retail stores to provide charging solutions, and we invite anyone in the community to come in and charge their phones or other devices. __At 19th and Telephone Rd__., in the heart of Moore and one of the hardest-hit areas, T‑Mobile has established an additional customer and community support center equipped with systems to service our customers' needs. This is a store that wasn't scheduled to open for several weeks, but we have drop-shipped inventory ahead of time and are running the store from a generator. This location will provide charging for wireless devices to anyone from the community, water and other assistance. This T‑Mobile customer and community support center is directly across the street from Dicks Sporting Goods and The Home Depot, which are the parking lots being used as a city command center and also in the same area where T‑Mobile has established a Cell-on-Wheels (COW) to provide additional T‑Mobile network coverage in the area.
