A few weeks ago, in true Un-carrierTM fashion, John took the #ALS #IceBucketChallenge after being challenged by CNBC’s Carl Quintanilla, getting drenched with buckets of ice water by the brave employees at T-Mobile's J.D. Power award-winning customer care center in Oakland, Maine. John then passed the challenge to fellow telecom CEOs Lowell McAdam of Verizon, Randall Stephenson of AT&T and Marcelo Claure of Sprint. But, he didn’t stop there.
