Winter Storm Hernando Update: Network Performing Well
As Winter Storm Hernando brings significant snowfall and travel disruptions to parts of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, T-Mobile’s network is performing well, keeping customers, communities and first responders connected without significant impacts at this time. Our teams remain actively engaged, closely monitoring conditions and ready to deploy mobile assets, if needed.
We continue coordinating with state and local Emergency Operations Centers, as well as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) to support response efforts. Where travel restrictions are in place, authorized emergency technicians can support restoration efforts as conditions allow.
Retail Update
Some retail locations in impacted Mid-Atlantic and Northeast markets are temporarily closed due to local conditions. Customers are encouraged to check store status and hours before visiting: https://www.t-mobile.com/stores/locator.
We will continue to monitor conditions closely and prioritize the safety of our teams, customers, and the communities we serve.
