We’re proud to announce that T-Mobile has once again been honored as a Glassdoor Best Places to Work in 2019, for the second consecutive year in a row! What’s even more exciting? T-Mobile has LEAPED in the rankings to number 59 out of the 100 top-rated companies! That means the Un-carrier has climbed 20 spots in a single year. With a Bellevue HQ renovation coming soon, drastic growth to our diversity and inclusion employee network groups, and improved, hands-on training for our retail and care teams (to name a few) – it’s clear #WeWontStop making T-Mobile an amazing place to work – today and in the future!
Winning a spot on this list is uniquely special because it’s based entirely on voluntary employee feedback that is shared anonymously on Glassdoor – and no one knows the Un-carrier better than our employees.
- On average, 80% of employees say they recommend T-Mobile as a great place to work to a friend, which is head and shoulders above Verizon (66%) and AT&T (57%).
- On Glassdoor employees on average give T-Mobile 4.4 out of 5 stars for benefits offerings, which include annual stock grants for all employees.
- Earlier this year, Glassdoor also ranked our CEO, John Legere, as one of the highest rated CEOs, currently with a 95% approval rating from T-Mobile employees.
You don’t have to just take our word for it – see what our employees have to say about working at T-Mobile.
T-Mobile Gets It
As others have said this is a great place to work. Few companies I’ve worked for care about their employees more than T-Mobile. I’ve also never worked for a company with as much employee pride, so much so that people wear branded T-Mobile gear not only to work but I’ve seen them wear it even outside of it. With great benefits and generous PTO, you’ll rarely find a better and more complete package.
Great company, great careers
Innovative, good market presence. Doing outstanding things for employees, careers, and communities. Great be-yourself culture.
You’ll love working here
One of their mantras is “be your Un-carrier self” and they really mean it. At the same time, they want you to be more than that. Management is eager to help you grow in the company, and the company will even pay for you to go to school. The ability to work remote some days is incredible, At the same time, you’ll want to come to the office when you can, because John Legere might just hand you popcorn after the announcement of Netflix included.
Awesome place to work
Very supportive and humane working environment: the people around you aren’t stepping over you to get to their next position, rather we all work together and support wherever is needed. Awesome pay and benefits, flexible work/life balance, fast paced and never gets boring, lots of opportunities to meet people and collaborate on new projects. As T-Mobile was just named the #1 network, you can come into work proud of what you are doing and who you are working for
