J.D. Power Awards T‑Mobile Best in Customer Satisfaction for Medium Business Wireless Service

October 07, 2025

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Oct. 7, 2025 — Today, T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) takes the top spot for customer satisfaction in the prestigious J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Business Wireless Satisfaction Study for medium business. T-Mobile was ranked number one with the highest score across the following study factors: billing, digital tools and support, cost of service, network quality, sales representatives and offerings and promotions.

Along with being number one in customer satisfaction for medium-sized business, T-Mobile continues to deliver the best to customers with SuperMobile — the first and only business plan to combine intelligent performance, built-in security and seamless satellite coverage — on America’s Best Mobile Network. Plus, T-Mobile loads our best plan with premium benefits built for business — like unlimited full flight Wi-Fi, unlimited premium data, 300GB of mobile hotspot data and international data in over 215 countries and destinations.

J.D. Power Study Criteria
The 2025 U.S. Business Wireless Satisfaction Study measures satisfaction across six factors for small business (in order of importance): network quality; cost of service; billing; offerings and promotions, digital tools and support; and customer phone support. For medium business and large enterprise, the study measures satisfaction across seven factors: network quality; sales representative; cost of service; billing; offerings and promotions; digital tools and support; and customer phone support. The study segments organizations by self-reported employee count: large enterprises (500 or more employees), medium businesses (20–499 employees) and small businesses (1–19 employees).

The study is based on responses from 4,260 business decision-makers for wireless services in the U.S. and includes evaluations of their wireless carriers. The study was fielded in June through August 2025.
