What do I need to know about this offer?

Starting May 28, 2021, for a limited time, you can get a SyncUP TRACKER® on Us via 24 monthly bill credits when you purchase the device through our monthly payment plan and activate a new, qualifying line of SyncUP TRACKER® Mobile internet service.

How do I get the offer?

To get a SyncUP TRACKER® on Us via 24 monthly bill credits you must:

  • Activate a new line on an eligible SyncUP TRACKER® rate plan
    • Please note that the new eligible device purchased on our monthly payment plan must be attached to the new line of service
  • Purchase the device through our 24-month Equpment Installment Plan; tax on the pre-credit price is due at sale
  • Remain active on an eligible plan, with an active monthly payment plan on the device, and in good standing for duration of the credits

If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on required finance agreement becomes due.

Who is eligible for this offer?

New or existing customers who purchase a SyncUP TRACKER® on our monthly payment plan during the promotional period AND activate a new, qualifying line of service will get the device on Us via 24 monthly bill credits.

When will I receive my bill credit?

Once your account is verified, you will start to see a monthly bill credit -- typically by your second bill cycle.

Is there a limit to how many times I may take advantage of this deal?

No, there is no limit for how many times the offer may be redeemed, subject to credit approval, line availability, and, for more than five mobile internet lines, deposit requirements. You must meet all offer requirements for each purchase.

Are legacy Sprint customers eligible for this offer?

If the device is on backorder, do I still qualify for this offer?

Yes. If the devices are available for backorder, and you meet all the offer criteria and you purchase the device within the promotional window, you will qualify for the offer.

I recently cancelled a line on my account. Am I eligible for this promotion?

Unfortunately, if you cancelled a line within 90 days, you’re not eligible for this promotion. However, you can restore a recently-cancelled line and add an additional line to be eligible for the promotion.

Who is eligible to get it?

Any new or existing Magenta Postpaid voice customer is eligible to purchase this device. We are working to make this available to Sprint, Magenta Prepaid and Metro by T-Mobile customers in the future.

How do I purchase it?

T-Mobile customers can pick up a new SyncUP TRACKER® at a T-Mobile store or by calling 1-800-TMobile.

How is it different from other tracking technologies like Bluetooth?

SyncUP TRACKER® uses a combination of GPS technology and T-Mobile's nationwide network to locate your device at any time from almost anywhere - even from thousands of miles away. Bluetooth based location devices must be within a limited range of a smartphone to function properly.²

Do I need an app to use it?

The SyncUP TRACKER® app is required to locate your SyncUP TRACKER®. The app is free and available in the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

How do I set it up?

Download the free SyncUP TRACKER® app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store. Open the SyncUP TRACKER® app and scan the QR code on the back of the SyncUP TRACKER®. Follow setup prompts. That's it!

How long does the battery last?

Battery life will depend on how the product is used. The rechargeable battery will last up to 7 days on a single charge.
