If your contacts are stored on your old phone’s SIM card just come to your local T‐Mobile store. One of our employees can help you transfer all contacts from your old SIM card to your new one. If you have an iPhone you can transfer multiple contacts using synching methods such as Google and iCloud.
Our return policies are based on where you bought your phone or device. If you bought it in a T‐Mobile store then you have 14 days to return it to that store. If it was purchased from an authorized dealer it needs to be returned to them. For online or over-the-phone sales you should call us at 1-800-866-2453 and we’ll help you take care of it.

AT&T can charge up to $325 in early termination fees. Depending on your contract, Sprint and Version can charge as much as $350 in early termination fees. To find out exactly what your early termination fee would be, check with your carrier.
Other carriers give you a discount on the price of your phone up front and then lock you into a 2-year contract so you can pay off the remainder. Leaving early means breaking the commitment and you’ll be charged. T‐Mobile doesn’t have annual contracts so you will never be charged an early termination fee. To offset the cost of your current carrier’s fee you might consider our trade‐in program.
