Good device but not suitable for continuous duty

Works as advertised but NOT suitable for continuous low traffic duty - listed as ok for this mode with battery removed and on power but typically only stays up for one week or two at most then needs to be reset. Good device and works well while up - highly portable. Works the same plugged in or on battery.

I was under the impression when I purchased this T-10 Mobile Hotspot that it would be unlimited internet just like my 5G Wi-Fi Gateway. I QUICKLY found out this was not the case as within 5 days I was unable to access any sort of internet connection. When I tried the Ookla Speedtest on the wifi for the T-10, I was getting 0.03 Mbps. I called T-mobile to correct the issue, and I was informed that the device only comes with 2GB of data. 2GB?!?!?! I probably used that much while accessing a couple different shopping apps. Luckily I was still within the 'Buyers Remorse' window. Back to T-Mobile it goes!

Four calls to tech support. Input received by tower, but wifi not connecting more than 0.3mbps. I am indicating signal issues, and engineering is crickets!

This device drops the network every 5-10 minutes. It goes from full strength to No Service Available. When I try and use it outside of my home, it connects without internet... which is completely useless. I've done all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. Also, you have 20 days not the standard 30 to return the device. If you don't return within 20 days you are stuck paying for it even though it doesn't work and Tmobile doesn't care at all. I should have read reviews... because they are overwhelmingly bad!

I've had this for six weeks. After the second day of using it, the speed went down to 2.12 Mbps download, 0.08 upload. I'm not out of data, I've used less than half a gig this month and my phone is blazing fast. No, it's simply a bad unit attached to dodgy service. Avoid at all cost.

Unit is good, but t-mobile service sucks.

Am a truck driver and needed to use a Hotspot when am out on the road to help with my phone data usage. For me the unit works good have not had a issue with the device it self. But even with 30gb of data and only using 10gb I notice my data speed is reduced to the point I am almost unable to use the device. I have 30gb of data on phone phone and have used 15gb on my cell, and my data speed is brazing fast. It's crazy how t-mobile still slows your speed even when people don't use all the much data in any given month. Only reason I want with t-mobile is because there Hotspot is a better price then what verizon was asking for for the same amount of data.

Frustrated and embarrassed.

I was informed at local store this could be used for international travel (Bahamas, Turks and Caicos and Dominican Republic) . Two days later I went to return it and was told there is a 75 dollar restocking fee, but if I paid the device off $90 it could be unlocked. I paid the 90 and was told it would be unlocked. A day later and device is still locked and was informed by 611 that this device is locked and cannot ever be unlocked. Frustrated and feel embarrassed to tell people I have T-mobile.

Worst hotspot I have ever owned

This thing is a joke. Doesn’t like to be plugged in. It will tell you to remove the battery if you leave it plugged in. Without the battery in it has to stay plugged in but it will automatically disconnect itself due to what the company told me is “smart power management” which even after I turned off the setting does no good and it still disconnects itself. Franklin tried to convince me that the device was not meant to be plugged in but “mobile”. YOU WILL REGRET BUYING THIS.
