  • Mesh uses an access point, to extend the Wi-Fi signal around your house. Unlike extenders that just repeat signals, mesh systems intelligently create a mesh network that actively manages connections to help remove dead spots and areas with weak signal throughout the home. In addition, a mesh network can provide a more seamless Wi-Fi connection, allowing you to move your Wi-Fi devices throughout your home.

    With mesh technology’s ability to adapt and efficiently work all the time, you can have a smoother experience covering smart home needs across devices.

    Mesh can be a good fit for large, multi-story homes or any space that needs an extra boost.

  • It depends on the specific mesh Wi-Fi system you're using. Some systems require you to use their specific router, while others allow you to use your existing router or replace an existing router’s Wi-Fi network. You should check the product specifications before purchasing a mesh Wi-Fi system to see if your existing router is compatible.

    With the T-Mobile All-In Home Internet plan, the T-Mobile mesh Wi-Fi extender is optimized for, and only compatible with, select T-Mobile 5G Gateways.

  • The T-Mobile mesh Wi-Fi extender, along with the 5G gateway, will cover the needs of most homes . Depending on building materials, layout or size, some homes may need an additional unit. Use the T Life app for guided assistance setting up your 5G Gateway and mesh Wi-Fi extender in the ideal location. If after using the guided setup you still need additional Wi-Fi coverage, call 1-877-381-4855 to get an additional unit.

  • Advanced Cyber Security goes beyond the standard security protections included for all 5G Internet users. With Advanced Cyber Security, customers get proactive monitoring, which helps block threats on your home network and connected devices, preventing cybercriminals from infecting your devices with malware, ransomware and viruses. It also helps protect your home Wi-Fi connected devices from malicious activities, potential threats and invasion — all of which is easily managed through the T-Life app.

  • Advanced Cyber Security can be managed in the T-Life app.

    Make sure to log in with T-Mobile ID. You may need to update your Gateway firmware the first round. Make sure your T-Life app is updated to the latest version in the Apple app store or Google play store.

  • There are 4 types of Advanced Cyber Security threats:

    1. Safe browsing helps prevent you from accessing malicious links and landing on risky websites that are known to infect your devices with viruses, ransomware or malware. It helps protect your network, devices and users from phishing attempts for your personal information.
    2. Malicious traffic protection helps prevent your devices from interacting with an IP address that’s known for malicious activities.
    3. Anomaly Detection can recognize when your connected home devices are exhibiting irregular network traffic patterns and suspicious behaviors and automatically blocks that network traffic and cuts off access, deterring cybercriminals from accessing your security cameras and IoT devices.
    4. Botnet prevention provides a second layer of protection against cybercriminals from utilizing your devices to participate in malicious activities across the internet, which could slow down your home network.

  • 24/7 Interactive Live Assistance with Video Support is a benefit that provides unlimited live, U.S.-based tech support and assistance for connected home devices. From setup, to troubleshooting and maintenance, get support from a tech expert on setting up your printer, updating your computer software or setting up your Live TV apps such as YouTube Live TV. Hulu ON US for Internet

  • Customers on the T-Mobile All-In Home Internet plan will be eligible for Hulu ON US for Internet. Customers can access their benefits while they remain on an eligible plan.

    Customers can stream full seasons of exclusive series, plus current episodes, Hulu Originals, hit movies, and more.

  • If you don’t currently have a Hulu account, you’ll need to create one when you redeem this offer. Hulu ON US for All-In Home Internet customers is available for new or returning Hulu customers.

  • If you have an existing Hulu subscription billed through a third party or directly from Hulu, you’ll need to manage your subscription before you can redeem this offer.

    Once your Hulu subscription becomes inactive (you'll see the exact date on your Hulu Account page), you are ready to redeem Hulu ON US for Internet.

  • Login to your T-Mobile account in the T-Life app (iOS or Android). Select Manage Tab -> See plans -> Manage Add-ons, then scroll down to select Hulu ON US to add it to your account and click “continue”. From here you will be prompted to complete the redemption through Hulu.

  • Customers on T-Mobile All-In Home Internet will be eligible for Paramount+ Essential ON US. Customers can access their benefits while they remain on an eligible plan.

  • Before you can redeem your Paramount+ ON US subscription benefit, you’ll need to manage your current subscription.

    • If you are billed directly by Paramount+, cancel your current subscription first.
    • If you have an existing Paramount+ subscription billed through a third party, you’ll need to manage your account and wait until the end of your billing period to redeem this offer.
    • As soon as your Paramount+ subscription becomes inactive, return to your account in T-Life to get Paramount+ Essential ON US.
