US Internet customers can expect account migration to happen later this year. You will hear from us before migration begins, and we will keep you updated every step of the way.

For now, all you need to do is make sure your contact details (including email address) are up to date in your US Internet account. This will ensure we are able to reach you as we begin the migration process.
Log in to your USI customer portal, click “Account Contacts” under the “Account Management” dropdown, click the pencil icon, review and edit contact information. -
We’re committed to providing the same great internet service you enjoy today. As your US Internet account is transferred to
T-Mobile , there will be no additional charges associated with this transfer and, at this time, there will be no changes to the amount you pay each month for internet service at the time of transfer. If we plan to make any changes at any time, we will notify you prior to making those changes. -

There will be no immediate changes to how US Internet customers pay their bill, including any autopay or existing payment arrangements. As USI integrates with
T-Mobile Fiber there will be updates to billing, but we’ll guide you through every step to ensure a seamless transition. -
You can count on the same great voice quality, customer experience, and expert support you have today, and your phone number isn’t going anywhere.
Your VoIP service will stay connected to your Fiber account and won’t be offered as a standalone service moving forward. Just a heads-up: if you choose to cancel your VoIP service, it can’t be reactivated later. And if your Fiber service is canceled, your VoIP service will automatically end as well. -
