  • Customers can continue to reach Lumos the same way they always have—through Lumos customer support channels, online portals and local service teams. Customers can expect changes down the road as Lumos integrates with T-Mobile’s systems, but we’ll keep them informed every step of the way so it’s as seamless as possible.

    There will be no immediate changes to how Lumos customers pay their Lumos bill, including any autopay or existing payment arrangements. However, as Lumos integrates with T-Mobile Fiber there will be updates to the billing system, but we’ll guide you through every step to ensure a seamless transition.

  • As Lumos is integrated with T-Mobile systems we will be in touch with more information regarding your accounts, including how to get the convenience of a single bill.

  • Lumos customers will continue to enjoy the same blazing-fast, reliable fiber internet they love but now it will be backed by T-Mobile's legendary customer service and exclusive T-Mobile benefits, discounts, and value packed options like T-Mobile Tuesdays.

  • You can continue to contact Lumos for customer service at 855.GO.LUMOS until your account has been moved over to T-Mobile. You will be notified when we’re getting ready to move your account.

  • We’re committed to keeping Lumos customers’ internet service running just like it does today. Customers can continue to reach Lumos the same way they always have—through Lumos customer support channels, online portal and local service teams.
