- ### What is same-day delivery? How does it work?
Just like you would get your groceries delivered same-day, now T-Mobile customers can get their home internet delivered same day — no store visit needed. It’s available in most major cities and expanding to more.
If same-day delivery is available in your area, choose it as the delivery method at checkout in the T-Life app or on T-Mobile.com and pick a delivery window that works for you. A driver will bring your gateway right to your door.
For added security, we’ll provide you a delivery code you’ll need to give to your driver to complete your delivery.
- ### Is same day delivery available for all devices and across the USA?
Same day delivery is available in most major cities for all devices in stock at an eligible T-Mobile store within 20 miles of your delivery address.
- ### What if I don’t get my device within the delivery window?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the end of your delivery window, check your T-Mobile order status tracker for the latest updates. Delivery delays can happen due to weather, safety, traffic, driver or other uncontrollable issues.
If T-Mobile cannot complete your delivery, the order will be automatically cancelled, and any charges will be refunded.
- ### Can I have multiple devices and accessories delivered to me?
Yes!
- ### Can I choose my delivery time?
Yes! During checkout, you can select an available delivery window that works best for you.
- ### What happens if I am not available during the delivery time?
If you miss the delivery, your order will be returned to the T-Mobile store. The order will be automatically canceled, and all charges will be refunded.
- ### Can someone else accept the device for me?
Someone else can accept your delivery as long as they have the unique delivery code required by the driver at pick up. Without this code, the driver will be unable to complete the delivery and will return the item to T-Mobile.
- ### How do I return or exchange a device?
Customers may return products to the store or contact Customer Care to set up a return order.
- ### I ordered Home Internet and a phone with trade-in. Can I give my trade-in device to the delivery driver?
No, the delivery driver cannot accept trade-in devices. If you purchased Home Internet and a phone with a trade-in, you’ll still need to return your trade-in device separately.
Please use the return shipping kit provided to mail your device back to T-Mobile or return it to a retail store if eligible.
- ### What happens if I lose my delivery code?
Your delivery code will be available in the delivery emails as well as in the T-Mobile Order Status tracker in T-Life or T-Mobile.com. You can check the status of your order [here](https://www.t-mobile.com/orders/order-status).
- ### Can I track the status/location of my driver?
Yes, the T-Mobile Order Status tracker will show a map with updates on the driver’s location while they are on the way with your delivery.
__5-Year Price Guarantee__ means that we won't change the price of fixed-wireless 5G internet data for at least 5 years while you are on an eligible plan. Taxes & fees, voluntary equipment or speed upgrades, future wireless generations, select limited-time promotions, per-use charges, third-party services, and network management practices aren't included. This guarantee starts when you activate or switch to an eligible plan and doesn't restart if you add a line or change plans after that.
Cancel within 15 days of Home Internet service activation and submit redemption within 30 days of cancellation. Limited-time; subject to change. Qualifying new Home Internet line and timely gateway return required. Refund via one-time bill credit; allow 2 bill cycles from completion of offer requirements. Max 1/account.
