Save these steps to redeem your $150 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®
Once you receive your Home Internet Gateway device, go to https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ within 30 days of activation and enter all required information including your T-Mobile ID and password to log in.
Select the phone number from the drop-down for this promotion.
- Home Internet only accounts – Your billing phone number can be found on your bill under “Connected Devices.”
Enter all required information, including:
- Transaction date
- The channel of your transaction – T-Mobile.com
- Your transaction type – Internet Router
Select the promotion you would like to redeem based on the list you are eligible for. Remember, you can only submit for ONE promotion per line!
Once selected, finish the redemption process by hitting Continue on the terms & conditions page.
