Continue Submitting [](https://www.t-mobile.com) ### How to find your ONT serial number   For your security, to verify your account, we will need your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) serial number. The serial number is typically located on a sticker attached to the physical device. This is the most direct method and is the same for nearly all ONT models.
 Gigaspire ONT: The SSID is needed for Calix Gigaspire devices, which functions as both an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and a router, is located on the product label, typically on the bottom of the unit. 1. Turn the unit over. The label is usually found on the underside of the Gigaspire. 2. Look for "S/N" or "Serial Number". The serial number will be clearly marked next to one of these abbreviations. 3. Find the barcode. The serial number is also included in a barcode on the product label. 4. Check the original box. If you still have the original packaging, you can also find the same label on the box.   Wall Mounted ONT: 1. Locate the ONT, which is usually a white box mounted on a wall inside your home, often in a closet or basement. 2. Look for a sticker, typically on the bottom or side of the unit. 3. The serial number may be labeled as "S/N," "Serial Number," or "FSAN Serial Number." On newer GigaSpire models, it may also be identified as "CXNK". On Nokia Models it may start with “ALCL” or just “AL”. 4. The serial number is a series of letters and numbers printed near a barcode.
