For your security, to verify your account, we will need your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) serial number. The serial number is typically located on a sticker attached to the physical device. This is the most direct method and is the same for nearly all ONT models.


Gigaspire ONT:
The serial number for a Gigaspire, which functions as both an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and a router, is located on the product label, typically on the bottom of the unit.


1. Turn the unit over. The label is usually found on the underside of the Gigaspire.
2. Look for "S/N" or "Serial Number". The serial number will be clearly marked next to one of these abbreviations.
3. Find the barcode. The serial number is also included in a barcode on the product label.
4. Check the original box. If you still have the original packaging, you can also find the same label on the box.

 
Wall Mounted ONT:

1. Locate the ONT, which is usually a white box mounted on a wall inside your home, often in a closet or basement.
2. Look for a sticker, typically on the bottom or side of the unit.
3. The serial number may be labeled as "S/N," "Serial Number," or "FSAN Serial Number." On newer GigaSpire models, it may also be identified as "CXNK". On Nokia Models it may start with “ALCL” or just “AL”.
4. The serial number is a series of letters and numbers printed near a barcode.

Important Notes:
The exact location of the serial number can vary slightly depending on the specific model.

Open the T-Life app and click on the manage tab, there you will see your account number displayed below your name.

Log in to your account via t-mobile.com and your account number is will be displayed below your name in the account dashboard.

Your previous fiber account number should be located on your printed or emailed bill.
