JUMP! is an exclusive program for T-Mobile customers, who enroll in Premium Device Protection. JUMP! lets you upgrade your EIP financed device more often. With JUMP! Upgrades, once you've paid 50% of your device cost, you can upgrade your current device, in good working order, and any remaining EIP balance will be paid off.

McAfee Security for T-Mobile provides lost device location and management, data protection, password management and battery optimization on up to 10 compatible devices. Only T-Mobile offers our customers ID theft protection, multi-device virus protection, app scanning and safe browsing.

With the new "Personal Help Desk" you get personal, immediate technical and diagnostic support (via chat, phone and self-serve resources) for your connected devices like printers, routers, TVs and game consoles. Support for connected devices is limited to setup, configuration or resolution of a home network connectivity issue.

JUMP! upgrades and Device Protection do not require any apps; however, if you have JUMP! Plus or PDP Plus there are two apps you can download to get the most benefit. You can manage your mobile security and ID protection services in all one place via the McAfee Security for T-Mobile app and the Tech PHD app is required to access your Personal Help Desk.

Yes! PDP Plus or JUMP! Plus may be added to eligible devices on business lines.
