I received an email or text that says my rate plan’s price is increasing. What does this mean?
For the first time in nearly a decade, in response to rising costs and inflation, we’re making small adjustments to some of our oldest rate plan prices. If you received a notification from us, your rate plan price is undergoing an adjustment.
Can I change my current plan?
Yes, you’re welcome to switch your plan at any time.
How will the price increase appear on my bill?
Once the price increase goes into effect, your monthly recurring charges will be updated on your bill.
Will my existing services, benefits, or promotions be impacted?
No. You’ll keep all the same services and benefits you currently enjoy, and you’ll continue to receive the promotional recurring device credits already in place for any monthly payment plans. Additionally, any free line promotions you have will not be impacted.
When can I see my bill with the new price?
Your new price will be reflected on your first bill after June 5.
