Important information about your T-Mobile bill.

We're updating the price of your phone plan, but you'll keep all the great benefits you currently enjoy, including access to America’s largest and fastest 5G network.

Beginning April 2, 2025:

​​The rate of your phone plan will increase by $5 per month.​

At T-Mobile, you pay less and get more.

While some of our competitors have announced multiple price increases – 10 in two years between AT&T and Verizon – for the first time in nearly a decade, T-Mobile is making small adjustments to prices on some of our older monthly service plans.

Our commitment to delivering the best value isn’t changing and never will. Even with these updates, T-Mobile customers still save an average of 20% compared to AT&T and Verizon on comparable wireless and streaming services—while continuing to enjoy America’s leading 5G network and award-winning customer experience.

  • We’re making updates to prices on some of our older phone plans. If you received a notification from us, your phone plan price will be adjusted. T-Mobile remains committed to offering the best value in wireless with low prices and a best-in-class 5G network. Even with these small updates, on average, T-Mobile customers pay less. Customers with our Price Lock guarantee won't be impacted.

  • We are updating the prices on some of our older phone plans in response to rising costs.

  • No—you’ll keep all the benefits you currently enjoy, and your rate plan type and bill due date remain the same. You’ll also continue to receive the promotional recurring device credits already in place for any monthly payment plans. Additionally, any free line promotions you have will not be impacted.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to switch your plan at any time.

  • Your new price will be reflected on your first bill cycle after April 2nd.

  • Once the price increase goes into effect, your monthly recurring charges will be updated on your bill.

  • Yes - should you decide to leave now, we will pay your final month’s recurring service charge if you let us know within 60 days. As a reminder, even with these updates, on average customers save with T-Mobile and have access to the largest, fastest, and most awarded 5G network in America.
