We’re making updates to prices on some of our older phone plans. If you received a notification from us, your phone plan price will be adjusted. T-Mobile remains committed to offering the best value in wireless with low prices and a best-in-class 5G network. Even with these small updates, on average, T-Mobile customers pay less. Customers with our Price Lock guarantee won't be impacted. - ### Why are you making these updates? We are updating the prices on some of our older phone plans in response to rising costs. - ### Will my existing rate plan, benefits, or promotions be impacted? No—you’ll keep all the benefits you currently enjoy, and your rate plan type and bill due date remain the same. You’ll also continue to receive the promotional recurring device credits already in place for any monthly payment plans. Additionally, any free line promotions you have will not be impacted. - ## __Can I change my current plan?__ Yes, you’re welcome to switch your plan at any time. - ### When can I see my bill with the new price? Your new price will be reflected on your first bill cycle after April 2nd. - ## __How will the price increase appear on my bill?__ Once the price increase goes into effect, your monthly recurring charges will be updated on your bill. - ### Doesn’t my plan have the Un-contract Promise? Yes - should you decide to leave now, we will pay your final month’s recurring service charge if you let us know within 60 days. As a reminder, even with these updates, on average customers save with T-Mobile and have access to the largest, fastest, and most awarded 5G network in America.
