Cancellation Disclosures

  • If your line is set to cancel same day, the phone will be immediately disconnected before processing the request.
  • Cancellation of your account for any reason will cause the full balance of your Equipment Installment Plan to become immediately due and payable.
  • Per section 3 of the Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for charges through the end of the bill cycle. If canceling mid-cycle, you will receive a prorated bill with all usage through the cancellation date.
  • Once the final bill is paid, you will receive a revised final bill showing a $0 balance.
  • All balances must be paid by their respective due dates.
  • AutoPay (if active) will deduct the final bill amounts unless it is canceled.
  • Access to voicemail will cease. Check voicemail and save any desired messages prior to canceling to ensure no messages are missed.
  • All signal booster equipment must be returned or a non-return fee of up to $400 will apply
  • You can reactivate eligible accounts within 90 days with no activation fee or credit check
  • Same number is not guaranteed
  • After 60 days a new SIM card is required

If porting your number to another provider, please remember the following:

  • In order to take your phone number to another service provider, your account will need to remain active. Once you transfer your phone number, you will receive a final bill with charges through the end of your bill cycle. Please note: your T‑Mobile account will be canceled once the phone number(s) are activated with the new service provider. There is no need to call us back to cancel your account.
