JUMP! On Demand and $0 Down Limited Time Offer

Previously, JUMP! On Demand was only available for flagship devices like the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Apple iPhone 7. Starting Aug. 10, JUMP! On Demand will now include select Smartpicks, and customers can upgrade once a month instead of three times per year! Starting in August 2018, a device down payment may be required, and customers upgrading in supported channels (retail, telesales) will be charged the upgrade support charge at upgrade. Don’t worry! Customers still have 12 months to upgrade for $0 down on JUMP! On Demand.

Yes, all JUMP! On Demand customers will now enjoy the ability to upgrade up to once a month instead of three times per year! Starting in August 2018, due to the rising costs of superphones, a device down payment may be required, and customers upgrading in supported channels (retail, telesales) will be charged the upgrade support charge at upgrade. Don’t worry! Customers with approved credit still have 12 months to upgrade for $0 down to flagship device base models on JUMP! On Demand. Flagship device models with increased memory or premium features may require an upfront payment.

We’re continually listening to feedback from our customers. The cost of superphones keeps climbing, and the T-Mobile REVVL gave us the perfect opportunity to introduce new Smartpicks devices for JUMP! On Demand customers. Smartpicks gives customers a larger selection of feature-packed, affordable smartphones to choose from, and for a limited time, many of these devices are being offered for $0 down and $8 a month or less. In August of 2018, a device down payment may be required for JUMP! On Demand and customers upgrading in supported channels (retail, telesales) will be charged the upgrade support charge at upgrade.

  • Depending on the device, a SIM Starter Kit may be required (Retail Price: $25)

Twelve. Customers can purchase one JUMP! On Demand device per line, with up to 12 lines on each account.

You can now upgrade up to once a month instead of three times per year, and because we expanded the JUMP! On Demand now includes Smartpicks, you now have even more devices to choose from when you decide to JUMP!  If out of pocket costs are a concern for you, work with your T-Mobile rep to help you explore all your options including EIP or JUMP! as alternatives, or just BYOD.

New and current postpaid customers are eligible for JUMP! On Demand. Simple Choice No Credit and T-Mobile No Credit Check are not eligible, nor are prepaid customers.

You will not be charged for it until self-serve options become available. Customers can avoid this charge by upgrading via T-Mobile.com or the T-Mobile App.

The $20 Upgrade Support Charge includes personalized support to help you set up your new device as well as a new SIM which provides enhanced functionality for Wi-Fi Calling, VoLTE, and upgraded security algorithms.
