We have continued to evolve our JUMP! On Demand program since its launch! On August 10, 2017, we introduced two exciting changes: we added our SmartPicks devices, a group of feature-packed affordable smartphones to the JUMP! On Demand lineup, and improved the program so customers can now upgrade once a month instead of three times per year!

Currently, flagship device models with increased memory or premium features may require an upfront payment. Starting in August 2018, a device down payment may be required regardless of the type of device. Depending on the device, a SIM Starter Kit may be required (Retail Price: $25).

Yes, the limit is 12 per line (one per month in a year). Customers can have up to 12 lines on each account.

Of course! You can always bring your own device to our network or buy a device through our interest-free Equipment Installment Plan (EIP). If you purchase a device through our EIP program, you have the option to sign up for JUMP!, which allows you to get a new device after you’ve paid half the balance of your EIP. Your T-Mobile representative can explore the options with you.

New and current postpaid customers are eligible for JUMP! On Demand. Simple Choice No Credit and T-Mobile No Credit Check are not eligible, nor are prepaid customers.

Eligible phones will be clearly displayed at T-Mobile retail stores, and our award-winning Mobile Experts will be happy to help you find the right JUMP! On Demand device to fit your specific needs.
