Once you have a complete submission you can expect to receive your reimbursement within 8-12 weeks. If you submitted your bill from your previous carrier online thru switch2tmobile.com, your payout will come through a prepaid debit card. If you submitted your final bill via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, you will receive a bill credit.
If you have a T-Mobile @Work Simple Choice plan, you have unlimited data and will never experience any domestic data overages ever. If any employees run over their 4G LTE data allotment, their unlimited data will start at slower speeds.
