Transferring a single line, whether it's wireless or landline, will take two business days or less. If you're transferring multiple lines, it may take up to 10 days. Most multi-line requests are completed within six calendar days. To check on your status, call your dedicated Business Care Team: 1-877-347-2127

  • Customers that ported numbers to T-Mobile, traded in a device and purchased a new one with T-Mobile are eligible to receive a reimbursement on the early termination fees their former carrier charged and the balance on devices from their previous carrier.
  • Once you receive your final bill from your carrier, you need to submit your reimbursement request within 60 days of activation. Please call your dedicated Business Care Team to start the request: 1-877-347-2127
  • If you activated your line in T-Mobile’s retail store, go online to switch2tmobile.com to submit ETF paperwork and request reimbursement.
  • For all other activations, submit your old carrier’s final bill pages showing ETF(s) or device payment plan, phone number(s), name and address to breakfree@t-mobilesupport.com.

Once you have a complete submission you can expect to receive your reimbursement within 8-12 weeks. If you submitted your bill from your previous carrier online thru switch2tmobile.com, your payout will come through a prepaid debit card.  If you submitted your final bill via email to breakfree@t-mobilesupport.com, you will receive a bill credit.

  • Pay your bill online, monitor data usage on any lines on the account and get answers to your questions 24/7 when you sign up for My.T-Mobile.com. For larger accounts, contact your T-Mobile Care Team.
  • The Primary Account Holder can also make changes to the plan (such as adding/removing lines or upgrading devices) by calling your dedicated Business Care Team: 1-877-347-2127.

The Primary Account Holder needs to call the dedicated Business Care Team to add any authorized users: 1-877-347-2127.

If you have a T-Mobile @Work Simple Choice plan, you have unlimited data and will never experience any domestic data overages ever. If any employees run over their 4G LTE data allotment, their unlimited data will start at slower speeds.

  • If someone has an older device, they might not be able to take advantage of the latest technologies our network has to offer.
