There’s been a delay or error in the amount of your T-Mobile bill credits and we wanted to let you know about it. Rest assured, you’ll still get the great deal we promised! You’ll start seeing the right credit in your next bill cycle & we’ll catch you up on any credit amount you missed. You can view your new balance due by dialing #BAL# (#225#), visiting www.my.t-mobile.com, or on the T-Mobile app.

A large number of customers took advantage of this amazing offer and our systems were overwhelmed. Some customers saw delays in their bill credits or fewer credits than they should have been receiving. We needed to identify the problem and which customers might have experienced issues. We have fixed the problem now and rest assured, you’ll still get the great offer you signed up for.

You will receive any delayed credit amount on your next bill. After that, you should continue to see one credit per bill cycle, as you would have normally.
