Check the status of your trade-in:

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in.
  2. Select Contact & support on the top menu bar, then Check order status.
  3. Select Trade-in status, then select Track Item or Print shipping label for the device you're trading in.
 

Check your devices' assessed device trade-in value:

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in.
  2. Select Contact & support from the top menu bar, then Check order status.
  3. On the order status page, you can see the actual value of your trade-in device. If the assessed value has changed, click “More details” to review the changes.
  4. You can accept the assessed value, or ask to have the device returned to you.
    • If you request a return, the device will ship within five business days.
    • You can keep your new device or return it to T-Mobile.
