International roaming is also supported in 215+ countries with unlimited text; data speeds will vary by country. - ### How secure is SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2? The parent (and only the parent) can set up a contact list from the T-Life app controlling the watch. The smartwatch can only communicate with persons on that contact list and is restricted from contacting anyone else. This includes all voice calls, text messages and video calls. - ### Where can I get a SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2? Is there a limit to how many contacts I can add? There is no limit to the number of approved contacts that can be added through the T-Life app which controls the SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2. The following are the types of contacts that can be added. - __Admin:__ The Admin is the user that created the watch account and successfully paired it with the T-Life app to manage the watch. Upon successful onboarding, this contact will be a contact on the watch. - __Guardian:__ A guardian is a user invited by the admin to monitor and manage the child's watch via the SyncUP KIDS app. Guardians cannot invite additional parents or guardians to monitor the SyncUP KIDS Watch. - __Friend:__ A Friend is a user invited by the admin to communicate with the child's watch. Friends do not need an app to communicate with the child’s watch. - ### Do I have to use the T-Life app to see the location of the SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2? Yes, the T-Life app is used to manage and locate your SyncUP KIDS Watch. Go to the “Connect” tab at the bottom of the app to bring up a map. The T-Life app is free and available in both App Store and Google Play and has many other great features in addition to managing your SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2. Ensure that your mobile device is up to date with the latest operating system and meets the minimum technical requirements. - ### How do I get support for my SyncUP KIDS Watch 2? Customer Care representatives are available daily from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific Time. From your phone Dial 611 or 1-844-415-2498. - ### Does it come with a warranty? Yes. SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2 carries a one-year warranty against manufacturer defect or breakdown. - ### Is Video Calling available on the SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2? Yes, Video Calling between the SyncUP KIDS Watch and the T-Life app is easy and fun to stay connected with your kids! To get started, ensure you are on the latest software and Firmware on the T-Life app and Watch. - ### Does Video Calling cost extra? Video Calling is included with your SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2 plan and does not cost extra. - ### Who can Video Call with my SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2? Video calling is only available to approved contacts designated as the Admin or Guardian contact. Video Calling is not currently available to the Friend contact type. Guardians not designated as Emergency Contacts will be unable to Video Call with the Watch while School Mode is enabled. - ### Are there Video Calling limitations? Most calls can last from 5-6 minutes as long as the watch has over 10% battery life, a strong 4G LTE connection, and the watch is not overheating. If multiple video calls are completed back-to-back, the video calls will get shorter and shorter to preserve smartwatch performance. The app will display a warning banner about 1 minute before the video call is disconnected. The Watch will auto-decline incoming video calls if the battery temperature is higher than normal, the battery is below 10%, or the signal on the watch is weak. - ### What is required to complete a Video Call? Video Calling is between the SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2 and a phone with the T-Life app that is on the contact list of that specific SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2. You must have a valid T-Mobile ID and be logged in to the latest T-Life app software on the participating phone. You must also be an Admin or a Guardian contact for the Watch. The app will request access to smartphones, Microphone, and Camera permissions. The watch must also have a stable 4G LTE connection (2 bar minimum) and over 10% battery life. SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2: - At least 10% battery life. - At least two bars of 4G LTE coverage. - Camera permissions enabled. - Not turned off, in Airplane mode, or offline. - Should not be overheating. T-Life App on phone: - Must be an Admin or Guardian to the watch. - Camera and Microphone permissions enabled. - Be an Emergency Contact if School Mode is enabled. - ### Will SyncUP KIDS™ Watch 2 work outside of the U.S.?
