At a glance

Sometimes we send you information about offers and products we think you might be interested in.

You can choose which types of communications you want to receive from us: email, phone call, text, or direct mail.

We can’t control marketing communications you receive from other companies, but this article includes tips to manage those.

Want to opt out? You got it.

You can opt out of some or all of our marketing email, phone, text, or direct mail communications. And that’s true whether you’re a customer or not. See the instructions below for each of our brands.

Once you’ve submitted your request, please allow up to ten business days for us to stop sending you offers. If you’re a customer, you’ll still get important account information you need such as invoices as well as customer service and transactional notices.

Marketing from other companies

Note that most marketing communications you receive on your device are sent by other companies (third parties) and not sent or authorized by T-Mobile.

Be mindful of sharing your mobile number or other contact information. There’s always a chance you could receive unwanted calls, text messages, or e-mails.

If you’d like to add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry, call 1-888-382-1222, or sign up at donotcall.gov.

Report spam calls and texts

If your number is on our do-not-call list for any of our brands and you receive a marketing call from someone trying to sell you our products or services, please tell us at privacy@T-Mobile.com.

You can also report SPAM text messages by sending a text to 7726.

Include as much information as possible, especially Caller ID information and the specific offer made during the call or text.
