Through our Employee Networks, we keep breaking down barriers, creating more understanding, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone:

The Access for Disabilities Network helps people look past preconceptions and see that abled and disabled individuals both have something to offer. We create an environment that allows and encourages you to bring everything you've got, regardless of any visible or non-visible disability you happen to have. The Access for Disabilities Network wants these contributions to grow and make T-Mobile an even greater place to work, which is why we're expanding our efforts to recruit great people of all abilities.
 
The Military Honor & Support Community works with both former military and current active-duty employees. We help T-Mobile veterans transition to civilian life and are committed to honoring active-duty employees in this era of longer, more frequent deployments. T-Mobile supports its regular full-time and part-time military employees with programs that allow them to deal with their service commitments. From their first day on the job at T-Mobile, military employees are eligible for military leave.
 
The Multicultural Network gives T-Mobile employees opportunities to discover our commonalities and explore our differences. We're strongly focused on communication, education, developing effective teams, and creating a more positive environment across the entire company. We continue to examine how raising awareness about the many cultures in T-Mobile can benefit us all.
 
The Multigenerational Network began with a desire among employees for greater communication and understanding between the generations. We provide opportunities for employees to discover perspectives from people who came of age in different times. We have hosted very distinguished speakers on a variety of topics, and we will soon introduce our first company-wide professional development program. By understanding and respecting our differences, we grow as individuals, as professionals, and as a company.
 
The Pride & Allies Network has created an environment in which the LGBT community feels welcome. We are very proud to have helped T-Mobile earn a 100% score on the Corporate Equality Index. We set up employee recruiting tables at Pride events around the country to help local T-Mobile offices find enthusiastic and qualified staff. We worked to establish mentoring programs for new employees, expanded our national outreach, and more. But there's always more work to do, including letting everyone know that we're here to work, serve, and grow.
 
The Women's Leadership Network is for women and men, from experienced managers to new recruits. It's for everyone, because women's issues are everybody's issues. Our motto is “To Lead from Every Chair,” because we believe that leadership isn't just about your job—it's also about your mind-set. We actively work to raise awareness and provide professional development to help women think and act like leaders—wherever they may be in their careers. Some recent workshops have included topics like building a personal brand online, personal finance, and the myths and realities of achieving balance in life.
