When seeking assistance about a promotion, the customer service agent asked me for my account password. Which I believe to be inappropriate, no one has ever asked me for my account password. When I advised this person, I thought her asking for my password was not right, they replied with "Is this your first time?", and continued to be rude. I disconnected the call. Shortly after the agent called me back, saying the call was disconnected, I informed her I ended the call. I then requested to speak to her manager. To which the agent refused to grant my request. I requested multiple times to speak to the manager. The agent said I was being rude and hung up on me. By the way, during the first call I was not informed the phone call was being recorded.
