Reactivate My Cancelled T-Mobile Number
Dear T-Mobile Customer Support, I am writing to seek assistance regarding my prepaid T-Mobile number, which was recently cancelled due to a missed payment. Currently, I am outside the United States and have attempted to contact T-Mobile customer care for support. However, I have been unable to reactivate my number. When the customer service representative tried to process the payment using my credit or debit card, the system displayed an error stating: "Invalid ZIP code." As I am not in the U.S., I am facing difficulties completing the payment and reactivation process. I kindly request your support in resolving this issue and reactivating my number.
