Netflix on us issue
Hi! This morning, when I opened Netflix on my computer I got a brief message telling me I needed to update my email address. When I clicked to log in, it said my password was incorrect. I am unable to log in on any device. The email address is old and I cannot access it. I either didn't link a phone number or it's so old I don't know what it is. I can't enter payment information because TMobile pays for the service. I've chatted with both Netflix and TMobile and didn't get anywhere. Netflix said I could get a service number from TMobile that would allow them to access my account but TMobile couldn't do that and seemed a little confused. Has anyone else had this happen? Is there any solution? I'd really rather not set up a new account.60Views0likes0Comments
