I received a similar email with invalid link from T-mobile with no follow-up support email or phone number listed. Terrible support by the contracted third party that runs this process for tmobile. This was sent from an email domain owned by tmobile. It may be caused by a costco issue, but the communication with customers is sent\handled by a third party acting on t-mobile's behalf. This is pretty typical for how tmobile transfers award management & redemption risk to a third party. I guess I have to call into tmobile get transferred again 2-3 times, verify my identity 3 times before I'll get an update. usually takes about 30-45 minutes. good luck everybody!228Views0likes0Comments
