I was considering upgrading my son's line since it has been a few years. We were looking at the iphone 15 since it would be cheaper than the recent iphone 16. After talking to a representative, we settled for the iphone 16. He was going to trade in his old iphone. So we were told that he could get $70 off for the trade in and $150 in credits from a promotion for a total of $220 off (from two different representatives). We made the purchase and now that we have to pay our monthly bill, it was more than we were told. After talking to a representative, they only kept saying that the promotion is $150 off. The price difference is not so much, but I am much more disappointed that we have been told false information about the promotion. We cannot even consider to return the phone or change to a cheaper one because apparently the "buyer's remorse" time period has passed. As a long time customer of t-mobile, I truly a disappointed by this misguidance.67Views0likes0Comments
