Thanks for the response Bill, I got the e-mail with "Enter the T-Satellite beta" - "Your invite to the T Satellite beta is here" and that was the part that I did 20 days ago. After finish the forms and credit card info I got: ------------------ Your confirmation number 7113489---- Let’s activate your satellite service You must first set up your eSIM then we’ll text you when you have access to satellite service. Ensure you have a free eSIM available on your device (see how here) or you will risk losing your primary service. There may be a short wait while our phone partners work on updating their software. Important: Your phone must be unlocked to set up your eSIM. If it’s locked, contact your carrier to unlock it. I received the e-mail to join the T-Satellite program as a non-T-Mobile customer. I filled the forms and got a confirmation number after add the credit card. I was supposed to receive a message/e-mail with the eSIM, but it has been 20 days and nothing. Support calls are terrible as I usually transferred over and over and sometimes they just want you to hang up. I'm not sure how to activate or where to call since support also don't know. Is there any channel to talk with someone aware of the process?124Views1like2Comments
