Does anyone from customer services monitor the discussion chats to get in touch regarding scams and frauds? There's no way of contacting T-mobile online. Email account fraud Someone in the USA has used my email address to purchase a mobile - I cannot get through to anyone at T-Mobile to address it. I keep getting emails for their bills etc. Any help greatly appreciated please. Thank you!
