Is anyone else having issues with seeing the usage details for the current cycle that started on the 7th?? It just shows me usage details for the last cycle that is processing. This issue with the usage details ALWAYS being messed up is about to drive me to a new cell carrier 🤬 Of course customer support said it's maintenance that could take up to 3 days!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!Solved1.1KViews8likes11CommentsUnknown 404 numbers showing up on my usage log
For about 2 months now, our text message usage log shows there has been hundreds of incoming text messages from two "Atlanta, GA" numbers: 404-455-0118 and 404-455-0112. We have never actually recieved anything from these numbers (nothing in our phones). It just shows up on the usage history. I contacted the # and they are out of service, but it shows on our log that we're receiving well over a dozen texts from them EVERY day. We don't know anyone from GA and that's on the other side of the country from us. I blocked these # from our family accounts, but they're STILL showing up on the usage log regularly. They appear randomly, at all times of the day and night, etc. No phone calls or outgoing messages, though.16KViews6likes29CommentsCant see usage for this current cycle

I see I’m not the only one frustrated by T-Mobile’s failure to provide live usage overviews. This service has been available since I joined T-Mobile in 2005, and I have come to depend on it. A cursory glance at the comments in other threads makes it clear that many others depend on this service as well. Some use it to safeguard their children or use it to help develop responsible phone habits. Others use it to keep track of struggling family members. Businesses use it for tracking contacts and billing. It would make an interesting news story to explore the ways people depend on this information and how much disruption it has caused to have it carelessly dropped without a thorough or convincing explanation. I’ve called T-Mobile several times and each time I’m told it’s a problem with a system update. Well, whomever is updating the system should be fired along with the operations manager and director of marketing. I have seen no evidence that T-Mobile is investigating the impact of this failure on their customers and no plausible explanation for why it is taking so long to remedy the situation. Please do not respond to customers by thanking us for our patience or apologizing for the inconvenience. These are grossly inadequate responses. Please offer a real explanation of the problem along with an convincing explanation of the kind of resources you are using to remedy it. Thank you.291Views5likes2Comments- 948Views4likes17Comments
Usage Details Not Showing
When I login to my account or check the app, my incoming/outgoing call and text details are not showing accurately. One day it will show calls from a particular number and the next day there will be no details from that same number, although calls/texts were made.Solved21KViews4likes24CommentsUsage details is NOT solved at all - why not ?
I started reporting it weeks ago and may expert technician indeed called me daily Mo-Fr, but never explained that the problem is known. I have 6 lines in my account attached to ONE plan. The last usage entry was 1/26/2023 just a month ago. My problem: I have no back ups for the end of January or February til date to bill my clients, I got extremely worried since I thought I was a single case. Now I feel a bit better, but the problem is not solved. It is hard to believe that such a big company is taking this long to get this done. Mind you I am a client since 2005 and am proud to be with T-mobile. B U T what is next and how do I catch up?273Views4likes3Comments
