When I login to my account or check the app, my incoming/outgoing call and text details are not showing accurately. One day it will show calls from a particular number and the next day there will be no details from that same number, although calls/texts were made.Solved20KViews4likes24CommentsUnknown 404 numbers showing up on my usage log
For about 2 months now, our text message usage log shows there has been hundreds of incoming text messages from two "Atlanta, GA" numbers: 404-455-0118 and 404-455-0112. We have never actually recieved anything from these numbers (nothing in our phones). It just shows up on the usage history. I contacted the # and they are out of service, but it shows on our log that we're receiving well over a dozen texts from them EVERY day. We don't know anyone from GA and that's on the other side of the country from us. I blocked these # from our family accounts, but they're STILL showing up on the usage log regularly. They appear randomly, at all times of the day and night, etc. No phone calls or outgoing messages, though.15KViews6likes29CommentsText time is inaccurate why arent usage logs as they truly are ??????
So according to my usage log my messages don't come in until three hours later than the time they were actually sent ! Can somebody please explain this to me and help me better understand why I dont have a accurate time and date on my bill as the time and date that the messages were actually sent !!! I have 19 days left this cycle. every time i’ve tried to check my current usage, it just shows me messages and calls from the previous cycle. it’ll say i have 63 messages this cycle but when i click on it, it switches to 93 and just shows me last months messages. anybody know how to fix this ?Solved1.2KViews6likes14CommentsWhy are group texts no longer appearing in Usage (real-time and on bill)? I started noticing this in May-23. I can see individual text in Usage both incoming and outgoing but i can no longer see in Usage (online and on bill) incoming and outgoing text from group texts. And this is happening to all the lines in my account. I have a feeling text messages will go away completely and everything will be done through data. either track them still as Text Messages or no company will have Text Message services anymore.999Views0likes1Commentusage detail issues again
Is anyone else having issues with seeing the usage details for the current cycle that started on the 7th?? It just shows me usage details for the last cycle that is processing. This issue with the usage details ALWAYS being messed up is about to drive me to a new cell carrier 🤬 Of course customer support said it's maintenance that could take up to 3 days!!!! incoming group message not showing in Usage
This started recently. My wife is in a group text with her friends. She has Galaxy S9+ while her friends use iPhones. They are also with other carriers (I think Verizon). Before May 8th, all incoming text messages from that group text were appearing in Usage. All of a sudden, after May 8th, only her outgoing messages to that group text appeared in Usage. What's more weird is that individual incoming text from either friends are appearing in Usage. And I think I see this from other group texts that she has with family too! Basically, incoming text from a group text is NOT appearing in USAGE but her outgoing text to that group is appearing. incoming individual texts, however, do appear, even from people from other carriers and iPhones. My wife uses Messages and her friends use iMessages. not any chat apps like Viber or Whatsapp or FB Messenger.
