iphone 12 pro max back order
So I ordered a Blue 128GB iPhone 12 pro max on 12/05/2020 JUMP! Upgrade and it said back ordered but it also said that est. ship date is 12/07/2020-12/09/2020 but now it’s Monday 12/07/2020 and it says est. ship time 12/21/2020-12/27/2020. Is this correct? On T-Mobile’s website it still says est. ship 12/08/2020-12/10/2020 if I ordered it now. I also paid $24.99 for express shipping. When should I be recieving my device?
Upgrade two phones
Why wont it let me upgrade two phones at once? i have two phones on my plan that is due for an upgrade and im trying to upgrade them online but it wont let me pick both at once only one. and as it is the tax and fees are $51 to upgrade since there doing free shipping. but i dont wanna have to pay the tax and fee twice if i can just upgrade both at once
Question about $830 discount for new iPhone 15
Hello, Currently I have a Magenta plan and an iPhone 13. I want to upgrade to an iPhone 15. It says that, if I change to the Go5g Plus plan, I can get $830 in credits for a new device (with trade-in) I just changed my plan to Go5g because I figure the $830 in credits pays for the difference in monthly fees. But it says my new plan doesn’t go into effect until October 27th (one week from today). Do I have to wait until then in order to take advantage of the $830 discount offer? I was hoping to buy the new phone today, but it seems that I have to wait until the new plan takes effect. Or do I?

What are the odds of T-Mobile retail stores having 14 Pro Max on launch
Im switching from android to iPhone and I wanted to go in store and buy one Friday morning but im wondering if I made a mistake. I tried to preorder online and do in store pickup for Friday but I didn't even get the option it was only available for shipping. So I was like okay I’ll wait and now I’m worried as an in store pickup option is still missing but the preorders (depending on storage and color) now range from October 6th ALL THE WAY TO NOVEMBER 1st. I cant wait until then to upgrade so I feel like I messed myself up.
