I used the trade-in offer for my Iphone X 64GB for the IPhone 12 Pro Max in retail, which the product was mailed to me a week after. The same day that I received the new phone, I had dropped the trade-in phone (IPhone X) to USPS. On December 2, my tracking depicted that it had arrived at the warehouse. A week later I never got the rebate I was told I would receive and I decided to call them. They said there would be an investigation in which 5 days later (December 10) I received an email that they did not have any information that they received the trade-in. I clearly did return it, so what am I supposed to do now. I am still receiving messages that I have to return the phone despite messaging the team multiple times. All their responses were to wait. This is making me go insane.Solved9.3KViews1like45Commentsif phone has trade in promo, can i pay some more money on its balance but not pay it fully yet since i dont have the funds to fully pay it in one go?
I have a iPhone 14 pro trade in promotion i got for upgrading my plan. I believe I'm getting 800 in credit so monthly I pay 8 bucks for it. I wondered if (even though the promo is for 24 months ) I can put more money on it from time to time to eventually finish paying it off/lower the balance instead of only paying 8 dollars monthly, so I can change my plan to a cheaper plan, since I got the promo for upgrading to the new premium plan go2plus or whatever it's called. I've been told paying anything extra on a promo phone would cause tmobile to charge me the full balance the next bill after. Please help.2.3KViews0likes6CommentsApple/T-mobile trade in promotion
Has anyone had an issue getting the T-mobile bill credits for the trade-in promotion offered by T-Mobile though Apple’s website? I got the Apple trade-in credit but received no code or instructions on how to claim the T-mobile bill credits. T-Mobile customer service agents do not seem to be aware of the promotion, and I have had no response to my mail. Even now the promotion continues to be offered on Apple's site: "(i) Apple instant trade-in credit and (ii) an additional $200 back in bill credits on your T-Mobile/Sprint rate plan."1.1KViews0likes4CommentsIMEI PREVENTED WHY IF THE DEVICE WAS NOT PURCHASED WITH T-MOBILE?

Called Tmobile customer support and they said iPhone 15s are not currently being shipped to APO addresses. I am a military member living in Japan. They said I could have it shipped to the states where someone else could ship it over to me and then I could ship the trade in back. What is the safest way to do this? I have had packages denied before due to lithium batteries being present.799Views0likes2CommentsForgot to erase phone before returning it
Hi All, If someone can please reassure me or tell me how this process works, please do!! I returned my broken phone after receiving a new one from assurant. BUT, I forgot to erase the phone before I returned it. It still had my passcode on it and I was signed into my Apple ID, and I had it set up to where as soon as it was connected to the internet it would erase automatically. I never received an email from Apple saying the phone was erased or anything. I just want to know if when they receive phones that are broken, do they erase all data on it even if you forgot to? Someone please let me know!599Views0likes2CommentsTrade in device problem
I traded in iphone 12 pro max 512 GB for iphone 15 pro max 256 GB in almost 100% perfect condition, no scratches, touch screen, camera and functions working normally, and it was the one I bought from AT&T, I read the conditions and the value of my phone should be $800. On April 30th, May 1st, I received a text message and email saying that T-mobile has not received my mobile and that my dating deal was May 16th. The officer said it may be in the process, it hasn't been scanned into the system, and then I called to follow up on the matter again on May 5th. The officer couldn't check where my phone was, said they couldn't check my IMEI number, but they would follow up on the matter. On May 6th, I received an email saying “Looks like there was a mix up—the make, model or memory of your quoted device doesn’t match what we received or it was damaged. We will adjust your trade-in value to $230 because of this difference. For more details, please visit the link below.” Thanks, Your T-Mobile Team Get info Quoted Device: Device: iPhone 12 Pro Max IMEI #: 35706122642865 Offer Amount: 230 Returned Device: Device: iPhone 12 Pro Max IMEI #: 357061226428655 Offer Amount: 230 May by IMEI typo. I have the same issue for my trade in devices. I trade in from Verizon to T-Mobile, they told me I HAVE TO get new phones and they make go from an iPhone 13 in Verizon to an iPhone 13 on T-Mobile. Now, I received an email saying that I should have kept the old phones in order to be able to do the keep and switch promotion. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE CALLED at least 20 times this week and no one knows what to do, I went to the store and they said that keep waiting, waiting for what? until I can’t return the new phones?299Views0likes1Comment
