Hello, I used to text this mobile phone for several months. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21. However, today, the text fails to be sent. Then, I look at my contacts for the mobile phone number and it is changed to: sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone I removed this and updated the contacts with the correct phone number, but the text does not go through and the contacts is changed back to sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone Any idea what is going on? I am able to text other people. Thanks, Paul12KViews12likes68CommentsHow to read received texts with T-mobile home internet
I have a T-mobile home internet line and I’m trying to create a T-mobile Tuesdays account but when I go through the register procedure, it keeps sending me a PIN by text that I need to proceed and I don’t know where I can see these texts… anyone can help?6.4KViews1like8CommentsWhy am I receiving texts from the future?
I'm recieving Texts with a Future Time Stamp. Last night/Morning at 1:28 am I received texts from 2 different people that were replys from a text I sent them over 2 weeks ago. The texts I recieved are stamped with todays date but the time is stamped for hours later. These texts caused a panic last night when my recently brokenhearted Brother's text only said "Blew up" Thank goodness my level headed Husband open the text conversation. Can anyone tell me what I can do or check so that doesn't happen again? P.S. I live in Oregon. the time is currently 9:00 am on April 22nd and I have a Sprint Galaxy Note 93.2KViews0likes1Commentsip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone

My husband has a Google Pixel 4a phone. He recently lost his new one and got a new SIM card put in his older one. Since then, when I try to text him, the status says Sent but not Delivered, and he doesn’t receive the texts. He can receive texts from other family members, and other numbers, and my texts are received by others, just not by him. Is there a way that he could have inadvertently blocked my texts? I can call him and vice versa.799Views0likes3CommentsSonim XP3 can't send or receive multimedia or group texts even with 4G or wifi on
My Sonim XP3 is awesome, one of my favorite phones I’ve ever had, BUT: the only thing that annoys me about it is I can’t receive texts containing multimedia, or group texts. Instead I just get a message saying “Couldn’t download...” and even if I turn on data and/or Wifi, I still can’t download them. Needless to say I can’t send them either. It’s a 4G phone, and my previous flip phones were even less capable and even they had no trouble with these kinds of messages, even with the data turned off. Anyone know what’s causing this issue or how to solve it?700Views0likes2Commentsconnection issues s22 ultra
So i have been having some sever connectoion issues with the s 22 ultra. I can not make calles ( even to 911) I can not receive calls, and maybe 1 in 15 messages end up sending. I have reset the network, hard reset, soft reset, connection manually, factory reset, and have traded in one s 22 ultra for a new one and I am having the SAME issue. At this point I am so mad and over this phones problems. How can I get this phone switched to a phone that doesn't have these issues!699Views0likes3CommentsMissing texts on multiple lines - no record in usage report
My wife and I both have Pixel 7 Pro phones with the latest updates installed. We are both in a group text with 2 other people who both have iPhones on Verizon. We’ll call them Bob and Sue for context. Two nights ago, she received a message in the group text from Sue and I did not. Looking at usage reports on T-Mobile it shows a record on my wife's account of the message from Sue’s number but looking at my account it does not. Today, I received a message in the group text from Sue and she did not. Again, looking at usage reports I see the message on my account but not on her account. Based on this, I am assuming that this is NOT something with our phones as T-Mobile systems don’t even show these messages in the usage reports. I’d contact support but I’m not sure it would get anywhere and likely they would pass the blame to the other carrier or say it was our phone or the senders phone. Thoughts? Anyone have this happen?499Views1like1CommentTMobile Engineer / Operations Support - TMO blocking email to text from sendgrid seriously impacting business
Hi, Tmobile just recently changed protocol about 10 days ago. We are an answering service and we’ve been seeing the majority of our messages to doctors, business owners, etc being blocked from Tmobile. Sendgrid is showing that Tmobile is blocking the messages in an effort to cut down on spam. All of our messages are legitimate. Sendgrid is trying to push us to using Twilio’s Text to Text API (which I suspect is because Sendgrid was bought out by Twilio and trying to get us to pay an arm and a leg for per text messaging rates). I need to reach out to t-mobile to determine how all of our messages can be added to a whitelist. Blocking our legitimate messages to our customers because they originate from email instead of text to text is seriously impacting our business and we need to find a work around for this asap. That or our only immediate solution will be to tell hundreds of t-mobile uses to switch carriers. I need to get a phone number or email to someone that has the authority to help with this issue - someone w/ TMobile’s engineer team - is there someone who can point me in the right direction on who to reach out to. The general TMO support line has been no help despite multiple calls and multiple messages that have amounted to - “don’t call us, we’ll call you...” and we have yet to hear ANYTHING back after a week and a half!399Views2likes1Comment
