Iappreciate the report text spam option availablewhen you press and hold a message for more information. But the option is right under view details and I accidentally reported someone’s message as spam. Then the text Iget back from t-mobile gives you no way to undo it. It just sends you to the SMS spam page. Please create an undo for thisor at leasta second confirmation.1.9KViews2likes11CommentsHow do you report spam messages from community members or block them?
Here is the message. I don’t have a page. I posted one question and one response. There needs to be an obvious way to report scam messages! No community can successfully exist without moderators who are accessible. How do I report this as spam and inappropriate? None of your “SUBJECTS” relate to this???? “blissGG15 hours ago Hello, I hope you are doing great. I saw your page and I decided to inform you about the project I have at hand and I would like you to be a part. It is of great profit and I know you will not regret taking part in the project. Hi gurus, I need your assistance to unblock spam filtering my email and preventing sms going to my phone. I can send sms back to email but not email to sms. SMS traffic is roughly 10-15 messages daily and not more than 80 characters. Please help!162Views0likes1CommentI got a fake call from t-mobile, where do I report that? No, I'm not sitting on the phone on hold to do so.
I got a phone call from a number that does not check out as t-mobile’s, they’re claiming to be from sprint/t-mobile. I don’t care to dig through all the forum rules to know if I can post the number here, so I won't. Is there an email, chat service, or any other web-based means to report these events? Please don’t tell me to download the app, I’m not interested in bloat.138Views0likes1CommentUnwanted Voice Calls
My question is, how can I deactivate receiving voice calls of all types. I’m a relatively new customer, my phone is listing spam calls. Now, in the first place, I never wanted any voice features. But economics forced my hand. I’m Deaf, so have no use for voice calls. However, T-Mobile charged more for their hearing impaired service than they did for services designed for the elderly. Being elderly, I took that service. I don’t want any voice calls, despite it being a feature of my service. Is there any way to deactivate voice calls?112Views0likes1Comment
