15 TopicsHow Can I Setup My T-Mobile ID for My Home Internet Account...???
I signed up for the Home Internet and got an email that I was activated on 04/01/21... A few days later the cylinder device arrived and connected to the internet easily. Nevertheless, I cannot register to get a T-Mobile ID for this account. I cannot login online OR use the T-Mobile app because it keeps stating they don't recognize my email. I've had two lengthy phone calls with support and visited a store (whom in turn called support)... As of now I STILL can't create a T-Mobile ID to manage my account. (This account was created using my Pre-paid phone account...) At first I thought it didn't matter that I couldn't access my account since the service is working so-so... But at the end of the first month my service was cut off as the person who initiated my account did not ensure that I was signed up for autopay. I never received an email about my bill. When I called about my service they wanted me to pay the $65 + restoration fee + plus a fee for making a payment manually over the phone...?!? It would have all been over $90... It should have only been $60... After admitting their fault they charged me $67 to continue with the service... I'm told I'm signed up for autopay, but we will see… I STILL CAN'T REGISTER FOR A T-MOBILE ID so that I can manage my account. I've been working with the store and they're having trouble getting the techs to resolve this problem as of... 06/02/2021... Internet quality is lacking... The speed is inconsistent; 5mbs - 25mbs... I can't visit some websites using the Home Internet device yet have no problems visiting the same sites/pages using my T-Mobile prepaid phone account as a hotspot. Reviewers should look into the issue as to why this ISP (T-Mobile Home Internet) cannot be used to access some websites. There are quite a few pages I cannot access, but yet I can access them using T-Mobile's prepaid phone account as a hotspot.18KViews7likes55CommentsNew Phone not Connecting to T-mobile Network
Hello, I bought a new phone, the Kyocera 702KC. It is fully unlocked and when I popped my SIM in, it gave me a bar and I attempted to make a call, in the middle of the ringing, I got disconnected and can not join T-mobile again. I was told to set-up APN, but I do not know what to type in. When I go to network setting, and click on T-mobile, it says “can’t connect to this network right now, try again later”Solved2.1KViews1like13CommentsIssues getting account set up
Okay so -- I signed up for a single line t-mobile essentials account almost 2 months ago now. I then made a t-mobile.com account. The account told me to enter my mobile number to link it -- which I didn’t have yet, so I waited for my bill to arrive. When it did, I attempted to link my number, I get the error: “The phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx is already registered to another T-Mobile ID. Please try another phone number or click here.” The click here link just logs me out. I’ve contacted chat support, and they told me to contact phone support. I’ve contacted phone support as well, and was told that a ticket would have to be filed, and that I’d be called back. I never was. I can’t setup my account online to manage and pay my bill or anything else after almost 2 months and I have no idea what to do, and I’m really frustrated. Any ideas?Solved1.2KViews0likes4CommentsLG K7 phone setup keeps showing error message repeatedly, keyboard won't appear, etc? please help!
So I've had this phone since 2016, which might be why it's a bit glitchy aside from the fact that it's quite a sh**tty phone to begin with. Recently I've been running out of storage and there was nothing I could do about it so I decided that I wanted to wipe my phone, reset it so it could work a lot better, and plus I'd have storage space again. I didn't factory reset it though, I backed up my data into my internal storage (yes I know, it serves no purpose if you reset it). So he process didn't take too long, it was successful but then the minute I put my phone back on to type my password in, the keyboard wouldn't appear at all. It does this a lot but usually it comes back once I restart my phone, this time I didn't. No matter how many times I tried. I tried literally ever solution on the internet, like actually using the keys to factory reset my phone (that worked), but not completely because when I tried to set up my phone, an error message that said something had stopped wouldn't stop popping up (Unfortunately, com.tmobile.pr.mytmoble has stopped), literally could not type in the wi-fi password because of it. I couldn't try anything anyway since my keyboard STILL was not popping up. Please help, I really don't know what to do. I've tried everything at this point!Solved799Views0likes7CommentsUnlocked phones will work overseas?
I am on a family plan where internet is free in 215 countries. I see a lot of brand new 5G phones on Ebay that are either unlocked or on Simple Mobile or Mint or Metro mobile which all use Tmobile network. Does that mean they will work overseas my with Tmobile plan? What determines workability on overseas with Tmobile plan? Is it the Tmobile software on the phone that makes it work overseas? (Some of these phones dont have TMobile software) Or is it bands/frequency of the phone? I read on other topics that FCC ID is needed to determine if it works on Tmobile? Can someone help?400Views0likes3CommentsNeed help connecting Eero mesh with T-mobile internet
I've found many threads that discuss this, but none for those of us who are not tech savvy. 😉 Could anyone please IN PLAIN ENGLISH explain step by step how to set up T-mobile internet (trash can) with an eero mesh 2nd generation system? (Currently, two PCs in the home are connected via ethernet cords to the modem because our current wifi is terrible) I will be forever grateful for help! 🙏 I've spent hours researching this and am still lost...308Views0likes0Commentsplease help me network unlock

I am very skilled in setting up routers… BUT… I have a Linksys router that is configured to use a “Static IP” in the internet settings, and setting it to internet ipv4 address of 192.168.12.2 with the default gateway 192.168.12.1, and DNS of 192.168.12.1,7.7.7.7, and 8.8.8.8. I can surf, and the Linksys sees that there is a internet connection, but the Linksys also has a Yellow connection issue light on the router. What is everyones setup for using a external router so I can compare… I have also disabled all Wifi on the TMobile router because it is garbage. I can surf without an issue, but once and a while I have some wacky internet.199Views0likes2CommentsCan't setup new Galaxy S23 for eSim
I have a new Galaxy S23 FE from T-Mobile that I’m trying to set up. I’m following the eSim directions but after I connect to Wifi I get a message to “Connect to a mobile network,” with options to “Transfer SIM from another device, Scan QR code, or Search for a mobile plan.” My old SIM card is a different size, I don’t see a QR code anywhere in my paperwork, and I’ve already got a mobile plan. It will not let me access the settings menu or dial #06# to get the eSim number. Thoughts or advice?99Views0likes0CommentsI am thrilled!!
After years of dealing with AT&T, with their customer service reps who cannot speak English and transfer your problem a dozen times with no resolve, their screwed up billing, their inability to transfer an account to a new address, their daily internet outages, their overcharging and general mayhem, I am thrilled to be with TMobile! I was able to set up my internet with NO human contact, the customer service rep with whom I changed my payment date spoke perfect English and the price is right and the connection perfect! Anyone who has complaints should switch to AT&T for a year or so to see how good you have it now!99Views0likes2Comments
