Does the TMobile service work like Home network on the US Virgin Islands? (San Juan, Puerto Rico or St. Thomas USVI)? Going this November 10th on a back to back cruise, 14 days total. (Half Moon cay, Grand Turk, Amber Cove Dominican Republic) then to Amber cove again, San Juan, St. Maarten then St. Thomas USVI….I know not to use my device while on the ship, even though they now have Starlink Satellite internet (Thanks Elon) I can see a future where our TMobile devices will work at sea too…..Gotta love Elon Musk.Solved919Views1like4Commentsinternational service just stopped working
Hi there! I have an international plan and my international plan just stopped working today. No service at all , even when back in a service area. Same thing happened to my mom who was on Verizon. Tried calling Tech Support but was on hold for more than 40 mins with no response . Any way anyone can assist ?969Views1like17CommentsT-mobile unable to fix SMS problems with Greece
Here is an update on the previous thread of being able to receive SMS from any Greek carrier. I literally had 12 tickets opened with Tforce on twitter and 611. They promised they would escalate it. They never did. First, they said it was the sender. I gave them multiple numbers with the problem. I told them that when I switch the network from automatic to AT&T, even on wifi, messages did come through. When I told them more than one line had the problem, they asked for the second line. Their conclusion: it was the device. I used Verizon as a trial esim on my device and my friend used AT&T. No problem. And yet, T-mobile comes back with "ask the sender to check their network," "it's your device," and "line is provisioned correctly for SMS." I am horrified both at the bad customer service that refused to really escalate it to a level where it could be solved, and at myself for allowing this to happen when they kept running me around in circles.330Views1like4Comments
