OK, its been over 10 weeks since the deadline for the TV Promotion. From the posts I've read, no one has recieved their e-mail notification and is getting no help from "customer service". When i can get through to "customer service" (3 hours) they do verify that i have a valid application for the promotion. T-mobile wants their money from you, on time or earlier, but seems to feel no obligation to fullfil their responsibilities in a timely maner. Just imagine what would happen if i told T-Mobile wait ten weeks and maybe I'll send you some money. :-) I realize that the upfront costs of a class action suit is not worth it for TV, but might be to teach them a lesson.Solved4KViews1like16CommentsFeedback on HORRIBLE Business Internet user experience relative to Home Internet
As both a T-Mobile Home Internet user AND T-Mobile Business Internet user, it is astounding how different the user experience is for both products. Through my experience, it is straight forward and simple on the T-Mobile Home Internet side to have questions answered, access my account, and to ultimately receive internet. On the contrary, the business process is a mess. For one, you work through a representative, which sounds good in theory to have that personal experience; however, in my case, that representative changed 4 times in the first year. So, when they "accidentally" sent me 3 boxes and charged me separately for all 3 lines, you would think they'd have documentation and process in place for handing things off when a representative changes. Nope. Not at all. Not only did it require multiple e-mails and phone calls to explain the situation to each new representative, at least in one case, the previous representative was told to "no longer work my account" by their manager, so they couldn't step in and help if they wanted to (or so I'm told). Just an odd way to conduct business if you want to provide that "personal" touch through representatives. Adding another layer of a poor user experience. There is a business support line (which, makes sense as representatives don't want to handle the simple day-to-day things like changing a password), but the issue here is the inconsistency of both sides forwarding you to the other for things that are above a password reset and below needing a new product. It's incredibly frustrating as a user of this product to get bounced around. Oh - one more example of how poor the business home internet processes are. When selling my business and changing hands, instead of transferring the my device and my account to the new owner, they sent him a new device and added that device onto my account. So although I was able to cancel my device, my account remained active receiving charges from the new device they sent the new business owner. All through this, no communication was received on my end, and no remedy was offered given the account was still under my name besides “telling the new owner to pay you”. It's just shocking to me how poor the Business Internet process and experience is relative to the Home Internet. Could not contrast more. Please note - although there is an undertone of real frustration in my message, the intent of this message is to provide feedback that (hopefully) someone on the business internet product management or continuous/process improvement side will see.635Views0likes0CommentsPort Forwarding on Business Internet

So i actually have 2 questions, Question 1: so i’m trying to connect my PS4 to my Internet but everytime i do it times out like it cannot connect or find the connection. Is there a way to fix this? I need help with my t mobile online account. I can login with my email address and password. But then it goes to linking my phone number to my account. However, I don't have a phone number though tmobile. And yes I've tried entering the phone number from my home internet and then it says the email is not the same email that I used to set up my account. So...... I ordered Tmobile internet and got the order and tracking number. I have been home all this week and everyday I got a notice saying a delivery was attempted. Three attempts were supposedly made and not it is saying returned to shipper. This was false, I was home. I asked my landlord to check the security camera at the times the UPS tracking said a delivery was attempted, no UPS person or van was on camera. So what now. The website says to contact Tmobile if a third delivery attempt fails, which it did. But the support phone number tells me there will be a three hour wait. I assume the device will be returned to Tmobile by UPS, but UPS cannot tell me anything because that is a “shipper’s problem” not the receiver. I have 15 days to try the Tmobile Internet and at this point, so how do I get a new one? If anyone has any ideas, I saw on other threads to use Facebook or Twitter but those accounts haven’t had any posts in a year or two, so I doubt they are active. I canceled my internet service and that created a mess. The email that should have had the shipping label attached to it, did not have one. I just got the “sad to see you go” email. When calling customer support they where unable to send me an email with a label, due to my account already being closed. The business customer support side of things even tried to give it a shot with no luck. Also the store near me will not accept the return due to me already starting the return though the mail. So anyone have any idea how to resolve this so I don’t have to buy a gateway I’m not going to use?74Views0likes0Comments
