Within the mobile life app how long does it take for our gateway setupto update within T-Mobile life app. I have T-Mobile access mesh all connected yet not showing up. I also got a new gateway, but app still shows another gateway (probably old one) that is not connected. Thank you25Views0likes0CommentsT-Life App
My current cell phone is unable to download and install the T-Life app. So I currently am unable to make any of the suggested profile changes/updates to further secure our home internet. I hate tmobile. I used to love it. Affordable, clear communication from customer service, never any issues with internet. Man, 6 months ago all of that went out of the window and I wish I could switch over today. it started when the customer service rep offered to add the tmobile wifi that I was already paying for to my phone plan so it would just be one large bill instead of two separate. They over charged me and swore that I’d see the money back (they sent it to the account they disabled?) 5+ reps, a failed credit, a trip up to the store, and refund card in the mail that was initially sent to the wrong address, I finally got my money back to nicely pair with the lovely news that they’re gonna be charging me 10 more bucks a month to wifi and they’re sorry that they didn’t disclose that they’d raise it for adding the WiFi to my phone bill instead of it being independent. wanted to take my ex off my plan, took (I kid you not) 8 representatives with all different answers and “help” which just confused the next rep more, they over charged me again, now I have to wait for the money to be credited back to my account, AFTER I JUST GOT THE FIRST AMOUNT BACK FOR BEING OVER CHARGED THE FIRST TIME! They’ve taken 80$ in cash from me and credited back to my account in the span of three months, I’ve spoken to atleast 12 reps, only 2 were actually competent. im extremely forgiving and patient because I work in this field, this is a training and system issue, yall need to get it together because you’re running my wallet and patience dryyy!67Views1like0Comments
