Hello. I have been using T-Mobile and T-Mobile Home Internet for 24 months, but I moved abroad and stopped my service on 21st June. However, no one has told me to returnhome devices. Furthermore, I received an email saying my service was stopped, but$60.75 was charged to my Autopay account. I’ve been dealing with this for several hours now, so forgive the rant… It seems that T-Mobile has no concept of Home Internet users not having a T-Mobile phone. I don’t know why that is so hard to understand. However, if you only have Home Internet, and not phone, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a working T-Mobile ID. The form to create one will tell you your email is wrong when it’s not. In the forums I found a message saying to just create a forum account then link your phone number, so I tried that and when I log in it won’t let me do anything without linking my phone number, but entering my phone number gives me a Service Unavailable error. So, I used the online support chat to try to get this resolved. The first person was completely clueless and told me I had to call customer service. Not sure what the point of the online chat is if they’re just going to tell you to call. So then I call, sit on hold for a VERY long time, and then hung up. For some reason, when you call the Home Internet support line, it doesn’t give you any indication of how long the wait will be. Then I remembered there was a url texted the router for me to pay the bill, so I went there, tried to log in, and got an error about wires being crossed. Back to online support chat where I was asked to log in. I told the guy I can’t log in, which is the reason I’m contacting support, and he told me to login, so then I just terminated that chat. The people they have in their online support must be the same as AT&T because they are completely incompetent. Ok, fine, so I’ll see if I can pay as a guest. Nope! I put in the phone number, confirm the same phone number, hit submit, and the “confirm phone number” box turns red, but with no message, and the phone numbers match exactly. Next, I tried calling just the regular support line and was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait to get anyone on the phone. So at this point I can’t really log in, other than to the forums, I can’t set up auto pay for the $5 discount, and I can’t pay my bill. I have been getting nothing but the run around for years I am owed $312. by T-Mobile because we had a credit balance when we went to Verizon. I have chatted online numerous times and have call 1-800-937-8997. I have visited a number of T-Mobile stores in my area and no one can pull up our account even though I have the last bill with the account number on it. Any suggestions? 13 year our business has been with T-Mobile but this latest problem has us on the verge of moving. So this is a last hail Mary to see if we can find a fix. Over the last month two lines get the same problem “ unsent txt... change to SMSor RCS...”. It will come in 10 to 15 minutes after sending a txt. Some times the txt will send but take two or three hours before it is received. This problem happens randomly, so not all the time. And it happens with full bars ornot full bars, It happens on Wi-Fi or not What has been tried: 5 times and hours on the phone with T-Mobile tech support. uninstall txt AP, tried a different AP, cleared cashes, reset network settings on both phones. List of problems experienced Signed up for promotion that had third line free. Was told that store was wrong and should not have offered that plan. After numerous assurances that they would resolve I am still being charged for third line. Having my credit charged for an account which is not mine. Their fraud department verified it was not my account, but would not stop the autopsy without the access code. Which I didn't have because it wasn't my account. Their only solution for the problem was to cancel my credit card. My home wifi stopped working so they promptly send a different model without a power cord.. I called and was told they would send a cord with one day delivery. It took Ren days. I returned the defective wifi by UPS. Ok sorry if it's long. On around the middle of Feb. Mysamsung s22 wouldn't charge the screen was blinking in an out then trying to get it to charge i dropped it and the corner of it cracked and honestly not that bad but to get it fixed at these fixa phone places they wanted 3-400 dollars so i paid for insurance why not use it. I sent 99 dollars to the insurance claim and i did not hear anything fir a while and finally I called Tmobile customer service . I don't remember names I have stage 4 cancer. Anyway she called insurance company so they wanted my id which had expired not long ago i told them everything on it was the same and because im so sick i couldn't get up there to get another 1 plys my appointment is coming up around the end of july. Her and her supervisor said they have never heard of that and they would call me back. I got nothing. I call back explain everything .How it's been a month and nothing I need my phone cuz of my Dr. Appointments amongst other things and how I never got the$ 99.00 dollars back and how just wrong it Is I believe her name is Lynn anyway she gets back on the phone and tells me that because of everything there going to help me so she was supposed to knock off the old phone because I only had it a few months and I explained 4 times after paying for my prescription every month I only have 290 left for anything she said my bill would be 127 a month for the phone and services. She said the most suspicious things ever she said she would call the 17- the 20 to set up payments. Also she kept saying that it's wrong for them to be like this the customer is always right and hoe sorry she was that I was dealing with this at a time where I need to rest an be taken care of. So when she told me to hang on she was talking to her manager. I waited a good 5 min. I'd say her EXACT WORDS WERE well figured something out and I'm taking really good care of u I made a deposit that now shows I agreed to put it on the bill an it on the contract I signed . i explained i have a copy of the receipt from Tmobile that no employee cares to see and Also because of there mistakes they wanted $750.00 on the 21st of last month and again on the 1st. I've spoken to 2 people about this and both times they have got it figured out and wouldn't happen again and it did I spoke to a very rude an disrespectful manager who didn't want to hear anything I had to say not to Mention said I'm way past my Time of doing anything yet I ordered it may 11th I'm to the point it's just wrong that they tell customers whatever and because its not in the computer it's not true listen to ur recordings then.
