I don’t have data in Mexico
I am in Mexico right now and my data is not working.Every time I come here, I get 5G high speed data and then unlimited low speed data, every month, for 3 months. I always get a “Welcome to Mexico” text when I land. However, this last trip I have not gotten a “Welcome to Mexico” text and I have been here for 2 months already. My phone has said no service since I have been here and I haven’thad any data! I have a Magenta plan and I know this is supposed to be included. I am extremely frustrated and confused!
Regarding documentation for purchase of new prepaid Tmobile sim
I am a citizen of US by birth but I have lived in India for most of my life. I am comming to New Yorkfor my Graduate studies and would like to open a Prepaid Tmobile sim for my stay in the US. I would like to know what all documents would be required in my case to open a bank account since I am a US citizen with a SSN and passport but no address proof in the USA. Any help regarding this would be greatl appreaciated.
international service just stopped working
Hi there! I have an international plan and my international plan just stopped working today. No service at all , even when back in a service area. Same thing happened to my mom who was on Verizon. Tried calling Tech Support but was on hold for more than 40 mins with no response . Any way anyone can assist ?
