I’m having issues getting a rebate from T-mobile on the AirPod Promotion. When I go into the rebate site https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ my phone number is auto-populated and then it requires Promotion Code. I’ve never received a promotion code. What is this promotion code and is it unique to my purchase. I have called customer service and they basically seem like they don’t know what I’m talking about. This is quite frustrating and I’d like to get my rebate visa.25KViews2likes33CommentsT Mobile Experience Forum compensation
I participated in a focus group for the T Mobile community which was run by a marketing company called Fuel Cycle on April 20. It was a one hour discussion of people who recently switched from another carrier to T Mobile and we were promised a $100 honorarium for our participation. I have still not received my $100 and have sent numerous emails to no avail. Nobody responds. I am frustrated as I spent my time and gave my opinion on the questions asked and now I am still waiting over a month later. Can anyone help?Solved4.9KViews0likes15CommentsBilled for a phone that was aupposed to be a free phone!!!
How many of you get promised by T-Mobile rubs that you were getting a free phone and then get charge for it on your bill? I was promised a free phone a year ago if I would add another line and every month I have been charged for the free phone. It’s so frustrating for dishonest sales people to say one thing and then your bill come out charging for a “free”device. Reps need to be held more accountable as we the customers have to end up paying the bills for their sales tactics!!! I call T-Mobile customer service and get nothing but you signed a contract as an excuse for being charged fir a phone we were told was free. And it does not take off the charge anywhere on the bill. I’m still paying monthly on a free phone that doesn’t even work well!!!4.4KViews10likes9CommentsTrade-In iPhone Promo - Did not receive what was promised
On 12/17/20 I went into the retail store. Associate told me they were having a trade-in promotion. It’s the 2020 Apple Trade P28 promotion. I asked her how much credit I would receive if I traded in my iPhone 8 64gb for an iPhone 12 64gb, she checked her iPad, and told me I would receive $415 and that I would be receiving $90 of it day of. I thought this was an excellent promotion so I did it. I paid the tax, received the $90 credit and was told the remaining of the $415 would be credited through 30 months. A week later I checked my account and saw I was only receiving total $293 total credit ($7 monthly credit for 29 months), not the $415 promised. When I called T-Mobile Customer Service, they said the promotion was UP TO $415 and depended on the condition of your phone. The retail store associate DID NOT say “up to,” she said SPECIFICALLY $415 exactly and she didn’t mention anything about the “condition of your phone.” Customer service associate said I would receive a call from a manager within 24-48 hours, no response. I have been a customer for 18 years and want to receive what I was promised which is the $415 trade-in promotion credit. I am tempted to go into the retail store and file a complain, but feel I need to go to someone higher to get my issue resolved. Please help. Thank you!1.1KViews0likes2CommentsPoor Customer Service
I am very very upset for my experience with T-Mobile customer service, I am a new customers and just transferred from another carrier. I talked to an agent before opening a service and I told her I have 3 phone lines that I want to transfer. She told me about the 3rd line free promotion but she just sent me 2 SIM cards and told me that I can get the 3rd one later, without telling me any restriction that apply to the promotion. Later I activated my 2 phone lines and trying to add a 3rd line for free with a new phone from T-mobile, I made the purchase after I received a confirmation from the agent that I will get the 3rd line for free. But after I paid, I realized that I need to pay monthly charges for the new line, I keep asking then the agent finally told me that if I add a new line later, I won’t qualify for the promotion anymore, 3 lines will need to be activated at the same time. This whole thing is totally a scam. The agent doesn’t even trying to help me solve my problem, just saying that you either pay for the monthly charge or the new phone. I literally need to pay for the mistake caused by the customer service and I wouldn’t have to chose to switch to T-mobile at first if this is what I got from them.300Views1like4CommentsWhat is up with charging for customer service? And why is the customer service not as acceptable as before?
I have been with t-mobile for 20 years . . . that’s right 20 years. May end very soon. I should not be paying this much per month and having to pay to speak to someone. Today, I have been trying to get something resolved in chat today . . . 1 hr 40 minutes in with no solution, and am on my second rep. The chat window keeps malfunctioning, and when I call 611, i just get payment options and no option to speak with someone. I was just told to go in through the app to schedule a call, which should be available from my PC. I can’t even do that because I am not getting the 6 digit code to log in. I can’t login, because I am not receiving the 6 digit codes. I would like to complain, but I can’t even find a place to do that. None of the subforums apply to customer service issues.Solved199Views0likes1CommentMy number cancelled before time and how to reinstate it?

how come t-mobile don’t care that their data base is hacked which means customers private personal information is breached and despite my countless efforts to bring this to their attention (twitter, Facebook, email, t-mobile) they literally don’t care and won’t respond. Oh and yes proof provided as well and nothing.199Views2likes1Commentget my 800 for my phone that the customer service person stole and never reported
