International Coverage while in Barbados
I was with AT&T for the past 10 years, but I recently switched to the go5g plus plan solely for the included international services which is important to me as I will be in Barbados for 20 months for school. However, my coverage has stopped within a month of being a customer and the t-mobile support has not been helpful at all. I have not received any clear answer as to why my service has been cut. I have only used around 2.26GB of my 5GB international data. This is really frustrating as I have to rely on Wi-Fi now, but Wi-Fi is not readily available everywhere. Many of my peers who have t-mobile are also experiencing this issue while in Barbados. The local service providers here are all working fine, and we are all at a loss as to why t-mobile is the one service not working. My peers with AT&T or Verizon all have normal cell service, but not T-Mobile. As a new customer, this is frustrating and makes me question if I should go to another carrier where service is stable.
Traveling to France with Magenta Max and iPhone 13
I want to use my iPhone in France for text messaging, web surfing and google maps (I hardly ever make or receive phone calls). When I land in France, will my iPhone and plan just continue to work or do I need to something? I want to confirm what I read. My understanding is that with Magenta Max, phone calls in and out will be $0.25 per minute, text messaging and data are free, but at much slower network speeds. Is this accurate or do I need to buy an international plan?Deployment
Hello, I am a veteran and my husband is active duty. He is deploying soon and we have the magenta military plan. While at sea, will there be any chances we would be charged for texts/calls or using data if it’s within the parameters of the 5GB or using Wi-Fi? or is there anything we need to know of to make sure we will not get a huge bill on our plan? Should we let t-mobile know he is deploying so they know and wont try to shut his phone off for whatever reason? Any information would be helpful so we wont get blind sided.Tmobile europe data and texting useless!
Only reason I have tmobile is so that I can still use my phone when I’m in Europe. I’ve been dealing with their terrible rural service just for this reason. When I arrived in France, I received a text from tmobile saying I have 2g internet and texting free. It worked for the first 2 days then stopped. I finally called tmobile and they tell me my service is through other network operators and they have basically blacklisted me. I’ve tried every operator possible and no internet. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t advertise you have international data and texting when you don’t! I will be changing providers when the next phone deals hit.

I have purchased T-Mobile 7 days 50MB Domestic Roaming Pass to use in London UK but I am unable to use it. I have confirmed: Mobile Data is turned on. Roaming is turned on. Rebooted few times after activation. None of it is helping and keep seeing little “r” with “!” on the notification top right bar. Live chat thru T-Mobile hasn’t been the best and hoping if someone has recently traveled to UK and has been able to use this pass. Thank you in advance,
