Assurant sent me a phone that was damaged. When I tried to do a upgrade I found I the phone was missing the strip that lets them know it had water damage. Why are we paying insurance for them to send of damaged product. Then when you reach out to them they say it is nothing they can do. I called T-Mobile and that was useless too. I am seriously considering changing to another cell phone provider this is crazy.125Views0likes0CommentsHow do you report spam messages from community members or block them?
Here is the message. I don’t have a page. I posted one question and one response. There needs to be an obvious way to report scam messages! No community can successfully exist without moderators who are accessible. How do I report this as spam and inappropriate? None of your “SUBJECTS” relate to this???? “blissGG 15 hours ago Hello, I hope you are doing great. Good Morning everyone, Last week I called T-Mobile in order to upgrade my two devices. First of all, the operator told me that I had a very old plan that I needed to change for a newest one. I don’t recall America being like this before….it is cear that time changes and nowadays they try to take your money in every way possible. I remember my mom having a plan for years and years! Second, In order to do the upgrade I had to make a payment of $110 for each device….at the beginning she never told me it was going to be a total of $220. (When online it said that the promotion was $0 down payment) and she said this was for “Activation fee” which I do not understand what is this activation if I already have a T Mobile sim card. All I can say is: Please inform the client before hand about the details of what your charging for. Third and most important was the lack of respect for me (the client) I ask: “Which device Iphone 15 would you recommend me?” she said: “you should had done your research before” like she made me feel like I did not know the product and it was my responsability to know the different products myself. I work in the customer service area also and I know how important is to understand the product you are offering to the client, how important is to respect the client on informing the costs of the products. I have never told a client to do a research themselves because that is my job. I felt pressure and did my selection but now I feel that I did the wrong device selections and it was all because of the rush she did at the moment. I encorage everyone to first of all, understand the client’s needs and to have respect, we are living in difficult times in USA and economy is really fragile, salaries are not enough and everything is getting more expensive every week. If you TMobile want to keep your clients, please offer the best option possible for your clients. Thank you267Views0likes0CommentsAdding multiple new lines
I recently switched to T-Mobile now that I’ve managed to test it out. I am trying t bring my family over however, when I try adding multiple lines online it won’t let me. I can only seem to add one line. When I first making my T-Mobile account and looking at plans it would let me add multiple lines for a new user but now It doesn't even give me the option to add more than one. Is there a bug or can I not add multiple lines online?1.4KViews0likes3Comments[Off Topic] Purchase site and T-mobile question Xperia 1iii
So, at this point, I'm quite set on getting the Xperia 1 iii. I'm a T-mobile subscriber, and I've been getting conflicting information on whether this phone supports VOLTE and internet calling. I'm aware that the phone supports sub-6 5G and band 71, which is fantastic. Also, it appears that Focus Camera, B&H, or Adorama are the three most viable alternatives for me to purchase. (Best Buy has been out of stock for a long time, and based on my experience with them, they may never restock). I was curious if anyone had any experience with the three websites mentioned. I'm a premium customer, and I've travelled through a region where there is no AT&T service, which is where cricket Mobile is. When I went to work this morning, I uploaded it. I can tell which towers I've visited on the maps because the last one I saw was today rather than another nearby, but there is no signal trace on the roads where I travelled. Is this a flaw? Or is my upload still being processed by the site? Also, on the Cell mapper site, I'm showing up on AT&T towers for the 4G signal, but no HSPA or HSPA+. On the map, there are no towers in this region, however there is where I have service. What's the best way for me to see who I'm linked to? Although there is a T-Mobile tower nearby, it is now teaching me how to find it.2.5KViews0likes8CommentsFamily Where Help
My Family Where app is ridiculously inconsistent. But for the last several months when it is tracking my daughter it shows a big circle of the general area that she is in (sometimes it is way off). How can I improve the location accuracy. I don't have this issue when tracking my son. Also, why does it work sometimes and then a half hour later it doesn't track and says there is a connection issue when there definitely isn't. Is it legal to charge me $9.95 every month for a safety feature that doesn't always work and doesn't track correctly?347Views0likes6Comments
