access customer service chat from my computer
Am I able to chat with customer service on my account off my computer, if so, Please help?
On the T-Mobile website, there is a bubble at the bottom of the screen that says “I’m here to help!” or “Any questions?” That is our online chat service that you can use to contact T-Mobile from your computer.
You can also send a direct message to our T-Force team by selecting one of the social media icons at the bottom of any Community or T-Mobile.com page.
Thanx. I tried that, did not help, and why is this necessary? Anyway, I finally got a chat bubble when I signed up for the beta Starlink and the site asking me to change plans. I guess I have to trick the website into thinking I want to upgrade something before I will get a chat bubble.

my phone is broke and I'm trying to chat with a representative to get a new one. I can't call, and my only option is to chat through my computer. When I pull up the site, the chat bubble or the "How Can I Help" bubble is not on my T-Mobile home screen. Is chat no longer available?
Turn off any script and ad blocking. You could also try a different browser, like Edge.
