Virtual Costco Shop Card - Redeem now not working

Dear Team, 

 

I received the email to redeem the Costco Tmobile Virtual Card, but the Redeem now link is not working and giving me “404 Page Not Found”  error. Kindly help with the same.

    I got a text message with the correct urls to the gift card.

    I received a similar email with invalid link from T-mobile with no follow-up support email or phone number listed. Terrible support by the contracted third party that runs this process for tmobile. This was sent from an email domain owned by tmobile. It may be caused by a costco issue, but the communication with customers is sent\handled by a third party acting on t-mobile's behalf. This is pretty typical for how tmobile transfers award management & redemption risk to a third party. I guess I have to call into tmobile get transferred again 2-3 times, verify my identity 3 times before I'll get an update. usually takes about 30-45 minutes. good luck everybody!

    Hey there! Getting a broken link like that makes it feel like your virtual card is so close yet so far away. 😭

    The good news is that there is help available. Most people on the Community like to use our T-Force team from the social media platforms to get direct account help. Send a direct message to one of the social media accounts linked at the bottom of this page and I am sure that they would be able to easily review the promotion approval and get a new link sent to you. We also have the customer support team over the phone if you want to call in.

    is that a generic link? if so could you pls share?

  • Just got off the phone with tmobile care as i was having the same issues .. they said the rebates should be ready within 2 weeks.  hope this is true
