Upgrades available for 5G gateway

I have a 5G home internet Gateway box that I bought a couple years ago and I was wanting to upgrade to a higher speed plan but I want to keep the box and everything the same I just want to upgrade without the hassle of someone coming to install the internet. Is that possible?
